Law / E-lodgment / E-stamping / STARS Searches / Litigation searches

Requirement:
- Experience in handling full range of conveyancing matters such as sales and purchases transactions, mortgages, refinancing and redemptions.
- Familiar with e-lodgment/e-stamping/STARS searches/litigation searches
- Able to prepare standard conveyancing documents
- Ideally with some HDB experiences
