The Company is recruiting suitable talent with the right aptitude, skillset and aspirations to join our fast-expanding Real Estate Team as a Conveyancing Support Officer/Executive. s The Company is recruiting suitable talent with the right aptitude, skillset and aspirations to join our fast-expanding Real Estate Team as a Conveyancing Support Officer/Executive. s Preparation of title instruments on STARS eLodgment. eLodge / eStamp / submit title instruments and documents. Dealing with post-completion work including lodgement of instruments at the Singapore Land Authority. Ensure secured delivery/collection of title deeds to/from Singapore Land Authority. Correspondence with banks to manage safekeeping of title deeds. Attending to and managing completions at HDB and/or other law firms. Assisting with problem-solving and workflow coordination for the team. Any other ad hoc tasks by direct superviors. Job Requirements Preferably not less than 1 year's relevant experience handling the above in a law firm and pay will be commensurate with experience. Able to work independently and accurately. Conscientious worker with an eye for detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Team player.
