Job Description

Responsibilities:



Lead overall business operations for the fast-food chain, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve sales, cost, and quality targets. Oversee multi-unit restaurant operations including supply chain, procurement, kitchen standards, and customer experience. Drive process improvement, cost control, and productivity initiatives across outlets. Lead, coach, and develop management teams to build a strong performance-driven culture. Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and brand standards across all markets. Support expansion plans through new store openings, franchising, and regional growth. Report directly to the CEO/Board and provide insights on financial performance and operational KPIs.


Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field. Minimum

10 years

of senior management experience in the

fast-food / quick service restaurant (QSR) industry

. Proven track record in multi-unit operations management, P&L responsibility, and regional business leadership. Strong knowledge of F&B supply chain, cost management, and customer service excellence. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
