Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and performance metrics across business units Monitor and enhance workflow efficiency, reporting structures and team performance Work closely with the management team to ensure operational alignment and policy compliance Lead internal projects such as system enhancements, workflow automation and customer service improvement Manage manpower deployment, branch performance tracking and KPI management Support the CEO with strategic execution, reporting and inter-company coordination

Requirements:

Degree in business, management or finance 5-8 years of leadership experience in operations, consumer finance or retail management Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and team leadership abilities Hands-on, decisive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
