Interested candidates please WhatsApp +65 96424255 (Penny) * Location: Based at Hamilton Road (sometimes need to rotate to East Coast Road outlet) * Bendemeer / East Coast Road * 6 days , off Interested candidates please WhatsApp +65 96424255 (Penny) Location: Based at Hamilton Road (sometimes need to rotate to East Coast Road outlet) Bendemeer / East Coast Road 6 days , off day follow schedule 44hours/week (shift as early as 7am) $2000- $2800 Job scope: Responsible for assisting in the preparation of food items Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Plans, prepares and cooks menu items Assists in the development and planning of menus Ensures that customers are given a prompt and efficient service with timely food preparation and delivery. Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques and presentation to assure consistency. Responsible for stock taking of ingredients, utensils, supplies and equipment within the section of work. Ensures that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the kitchen's Hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures. Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times Adhoc duties as required. Clean and maintain station for food safety, workplace safety & sanitation Understand and know the proper usage all equipment in station and responsible for cleanliness & maintenance of them, otherwise to follow manuals and instructions set by kitchen tea, and management Work well under pressure during peak hours to assist kitchen team to prepare and deliver quality food items according to Company's quality standards and SOP Assist in other areas of operations when required
