Salary Range (Full-time): SGD 2,000 - SGD 2,500/month

Salary Range (Part-time): SGD 10 - SGD 15/hour

Overall Job Objectives:

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Cook to assist in organizing all kitchen activities. He / She will be assisting the SousChef on the day to day operations of the kitchen ensuring compliance to standard safety and sanitation while delivering an excellent service for customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

Setting up kitchen workstation with equipment and ingredients Handle daily kitchen operations (i.e. Cooking, Frying, Grilling) using various utensils Adhere to the operations and procedures; and suggest improvements for the betterment Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and adhere to hygiene standards Proper storage for food in proper manner or temperature

Job Specifications:

Diploma or Qualification from a culinary school. Past experience working in a similar role. Ability to work well in a team Good listening and communication skills as well as multi-tasking skills. Good knowledge of practices for safety and sanitation. Passion for delivering great food and service. Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays

Key Deliverables:

Set up and organize kitchen stations with all necessary equipment and ingredients to ensure smooth operations. Perform daily cooking tasks, including frying and grilling, while ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. Follow established kitchen procedures and proactively suggest improvements for greater efficiency and quality. Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all sanitation standards. Ensure proper food storage, following the correct procedures for temperature control and safety.
