Demonstrate ability to cook, present and garnish food in accordance to recipes
Prepare specialty foods/sauces/ingredient by using equipment like deep fryer
Cashiering duties
Inspect all equipment and coordinate timely maintenance
Cultivate good grooming practices
Provide good customer service in terms of courtesy and efficiency
Assist Team Leader in stock taking
Maintain cleanliness/sufficient supply of condiments and consumables at stall front
Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
