Overview: -

Working Days: Mon to Sat 5.5 Day work week, (Mon to Fri 7am - 4pm , Sat 7am - 11am) Working Location: Central Monthly Base Salary: $3500 - $5500

Your Responsibilities: -

Plan and prepare weekly menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Confirm menu approval with the owner before finalization. Ensure adequate stock of raw materials and ingredients are maintained Conduct daily inspections of kitchen cleanliness and upkeep. Supervise the maids during food preparation, ensuring compliance with SOPs and adherence to proper hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements: -

Min 8 years of relevant work experience Able to cook healthy home cooked Chinese cuisine especially Cantonese and Teochew
