Job Description

Blu Kouzina, known for its authentic Mediterranean cuisine, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to our high standards, and margining a clean and organised workspace. We are seeking individuals with a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering quality food.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Blu Kouzina's recipes and standards Ensure food quality and consistency during service Maintain cleanliness and Organization of the kitchen station Assist in ingredient preparation and inventory management Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

Passion for cooking and food Some experience as line cook or a similar role preferred Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced enviroment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Passion for MEditerranean cuisine is a plus
