Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes or dietary guidelines provided.
Plan daily ingredients and ensure sufficient stock for meal preparation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations (SFA / NEA standards).
Assist in menu planning and preparation of light refreshments, desserts, or drinks when required.
Monitor freshness and quality of ingredients; report or discard expired items.
Support simple kitchen admin tasks -- e.g. recording inventory, food temperature logs.
Work closely with team members to ensure timely meal service.
Ensure safe use of kitchen appliances and equipment.
