What You'll Be Doing



Prepare, handle, and process raw fish and other fresh ingredients for menu items. Cook a variety of dishes using baking, grilling, steaming, and deep-frying techniques. Ensure ingredients are well-prepared and maintained at optimal quantities to minimize waste. Present and portion dishes according to company quality standards. Check the freshness of ingredients and maintain high food quality. Monitor inventory levels and place reorders when necessary. Pack and label sashimi and other items accurately. Keep the kitchen and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. Store ingredients and food properly to prevent spoilage. Train and guide junior staff to achieve consistent performance and maintain kitchen standards. Interact warmly with customers in an open-kitchen setting, including greeting and farewelling guests. Perform other tasks or duties assigned by the Chef.

What We're Looking For



Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cooking or food preparation. Candidates with no experience are welcome, as

training will be provided

. Committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. Practices good personal hygiene at all times. Holding a

food hygiene certificate

will be an advantage.
