Our client is one of the leading FMCG distributors of F&B equipment.Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and
• Meeting the expectations of the customer on a daily basis
• Conduct daily briefing to direct the preparation and cooking
• Supervise and participate in preparation and cooking
• Maintain purchasing, receiving and food storage standards
• Maintain food Quality and follow the standard
• Controlling spoilage, track food inventory
• Coach, counsel and discipline kitchen staff in breach of company policies / procedures, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
• Communicate with superior for any difficulties
• Implement and practice food safety

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in cooking Asian and Western cuisine
• Experience in preparing organic food will be desirable
• Candidates who are hired will be sent to Medan, Indonesia for 1 month training with food/accommodation provided to be part of pre-opening team

Other Information:

• Working Hours: 6 days, based on 44 hours per week
