• The primary purpose within Pricing is to support product development, through:

• Detailed analysis of cost structure.
• Thorough understanding of the local carrier market and rate benchmarks
• Internal cost optimization
• Partnership with origin and destination counterparts to secure new opportunities
• Effective communication of pricing proposals and solutions in presentations to internal/external stakeholders.

Key Tasks

• Support the Global Pricing & Trade Lane strategy and execute the pricing strategy for Air Freight Product Singapore.
• Develop expansion of the targeted trade lanes (volumes, revenues and gross profit)
• Provide trade lane market input for key trade lanes.
• Generate Airfreight Market monthly update.
• Be the connector between Air Freight Product and Marketing & Sales for any matters concerning rates and market information.
• Give full visibility of proposed selling rates & provide general support to the local Tender Management to ensure profitable new business growth on RFI/RFP/RFQ
• Challenge and validate the proposed Minimum Selling Rates (MSRs) from overseas stations.
• To drive ad-hoc quotations from BU Sales, BU Air CS, EPS and DSV overseas stations through WCN platform and pricing mailbox.
• Support the Procurement Management Team in securing competitive spot rates.
• Maintenance of Country MSR in alignment with Air Freight Team trade lane goals.
• Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
• Adherence to the Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group

Experience & Education

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics or freight forwarding apprenticeship
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience either on the forwarder or airline side
• Excellence knowledge of Microsoft\xc2\xae Office Excel
• Microsoft\xc2\xae Office Software (Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI and others)
