Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares and modifies schematic, detailed and production drawings
- Develops solutions to technical & design problems following Singapore’s established standards
- Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings
- Compiles data and performs elementary design computations
- Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings
- To possess a Bachelor degree in Architecture/Construction/Engineering or equivalent
- To have at least 1-2 years of related working experience in similar role
- To have prior experience working as a Design Coordinator and/or CAD/BIM Operator
- Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
8 am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 6pm
