Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary Responsible for the administrative support of their assigned Team, including but not limited to fielding and processing customer enquiries, generating proposals and contracts, preparing reports, completing and processing forms and paperwork, system maintenance, and any other administrative duties so assigned. Responsibilities Sales Administration

• Supports their assigned team with general administrative operations whilst always maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensures all systems, filing and reporting tools are up-to-date.
• Updates and maintains relevant data and sales contact lists, reports and account information in Amadeus Advanced (delphi.fdc) and PMS systems.
• Performs all assigned duties in a timely and accurate manner.

• Answer incoming enquiries from customers and handles their queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Handles incoming inquiries and conducts initial qualifying process to secure potential revenues.
• Generates proposals and contracts, assists with follow-up with customers as requested.
• Assists with all in-house sales and marketing related activities, familiarization trips, client hospitality evenings, presentations, site inspections and promotional activities.
