Supervise and manage Civil / Structural projects, work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
+ Work force planning & designing for demolition and regulation.
+ Carry out inspections to ensure that the works meets the quality standard.
+ Preparing Risk Assignments.
+ Preparing Permit Paper & Daily Toolbox.
+ Manpower Management & Maintaining Manpower Report.
+ Site planning, coordination, and execution of matters to construction project.
+ Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and competition of work.
+ Liaise with consultants to carry out inspections and audits.
+ Carry out full time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations.
