Possess a Logistics Diploma / ITE Technical Engineering or Health & Safety related.
Having Class 3 Driving License / Lifting Supervisor Certification is an advantage.
Competent & proficient knowledge over Conventional Operations.
Dealing with English & Mandarin speaking Customers
JOB-SCOPE;
- To work independently and meet datelines and schedules
- To follow-up on issues during job execution which require multi-liaisons with Stakeholders.
- Manage Customers job requests, confirm jobs into job database, and prepare complete documentation.
- Facilitate pre-job coordination with Operations Executives / Controllers.
- To ensure pre-job and post-job documentation are in order to ensure smooth billing workflow.
- Provide Statistical data when required
