Job Description
JOB SUMMARYTo ensure smooth operation of clinical data collation for Department of Cardiology.Participate in department internal audit meetings as well as national medical audit meetings.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSPECIFIC
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of data collation on a routine daily basis.
- Ensure clinical data collection and coordination is timely and accurately completed according to department schedule.
- Follow up with patients on the pre-defined periods by study protocol if required.
- Perform data integrity checks, assisting in preparation of statistical report /audit slides.
- Participate in team meetings and involve in the planning of future work for the team.
- Manage requested case notes from HIS.
- Support research projects conducted by Department.
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing, or Diploma/Degree in Medical Science
- Trained and experienced Nurse or its equivalent an advantage.
