Job Description

  • Assist in daily sales operation - sales enquiry, quotation and after-sale services
  • Follow-up closely on the outstanding and incoming orders
  • Re-connect with existing in-active customer
  • Maintain customer relationship management tool
  • Create and update customer-centric sales presentation sales calls, adding insights and trends where applicable
  • Assist in purchasing goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve pricing, quality, delivery or invoice issues
  • Assist to negotiate with both local and overseas suppliers for the best available deals on needed items
  • Assist to conduct research for new components and suppliers
Requirement
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Hardworking, enthusiastic and can handle correspondence independently
  • Able to manage time effectively and handle multi-task duties
