JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains oversight of status for toolings and materials
- Upkeeps calibration & maintenance schedules in main database
- Ensures maintenance are kept up to date and does not exceed the expiry dates
- Assists to follow up with Operation Units and vendors on requirements and maintenance status of toolings and equipment
- Perform regular stock taking in parts to ensure inventory integrity
- Possess basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Words
- Knowledge in SAP will be added advantage
- Experience in tooling management
- Able to carry Bulky items up to 10kg
- Possession of forklift license will be an advantage
- Able to work on 12 hours shift roster, including weekends and public holidays
