Job Description


As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for work produced on behalf of our clients, as well as any work created for our company, as the need may arise. You are required to conceptualize, produce, and implement disruptive creative that solves our clients’ business problems, briefs or goals. You are also expected to maintain our company’s standards of creative excellence and, within reason, profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ideate, write, direct, and execute original and iconic creative concepts (advertising & content) in response to client briefs, objectives or goals
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, including shoots for content pieces, working with Head of Creative & Content and both in-house resources and third-party vendors
  • Develop creative that meets both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence andprofessionalism
  • Collaborate effectively with your creative lead, peers, Account Management, and the wider Company team to develop creative and content work
  • Present, share and review creative work with Head of Creative & Content, Account Management and Project Leads as well as members of the Management Team
  • Write original and impactful copy independently, as well as in a team Client Relationships
  • Contribute positively to client relationships at a mid to senior client level
  • Present and sell original creative work to clients of all levels
  • Represent Creative & Content department suitably in any relevant and appropriate situation

Job Specifications 1. Education / Professional
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in English, Advertising Communications or equivalent copywriting experience
2. Skills Required
  • Skilled and proficient in Microsoft Word and Keynote
  • Leadership experience in managing account management and creative teams including supervising, training, organising, prioritising and allocating of work assignments
  • Communicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing, in English
  • Communicate clearly and honestly with managers, peers, and clients
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Understanding of content, content strategy a bonus
