A background in Journalism or English Studies would be preferred, along with a strong command of the written word, attention to detail and a great attitude. Under the guidance of our chief editor, your responsibilities include crafting copy across various social media and digital platforms. You will work together with the team to ensure we maintain the right copy tonality and brand consistency for our clients, whilst meeting their overall marketing objectives. Responsibilities . Collaborate with internal partners to interpret project briefs and develop relevant concepts into content . Ensure that all products are proofed and ready for delivery or posting . Support in research and findings where required for project purposes Requirements . Strong linguistic foundation- grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc . Excellent command of English with a knowledge and understanding of current writing styles/trends . Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an advertising/design agency or a similar creative writing capacity . Track record in writing social and digital related copy will be a definite plus . Being detail-oriented, particularly when it comes to own writing (ability to self-edit a plus) Ability to apply logic and critical thinking skills (e.g. when responding to creative brief) Strong writing ethics - plagiarism is extremely frowned upon Suitable for, but not limited to, fresh graduates and students who are interested in the communications marketing profession You must be resourceful, an independent worker with initiative. kindly enclose samples of your work.
