Salary: $2,400 - $3,000 USD per month (depending on experience)

As a Copywriter, you will craft compelling, persuasive, and brand-aligned content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. From landing pages and email campaigns to ad copy and social media posts, you will play a key role in shaping Precondo's voice and communicating value clearly across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for websites, ads, social media, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms while maintaining brand voice.
• Research to ensure accuracy and relevancy in content.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure consistency, clarity, and high standards.
• Stay current with real estate industry trends, marketing best practices, and digital content styles.

Ideal Profile
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in copywriting or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to create engaging, audience-focused content that converts.
• Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
