1. Learn CORE problem solving methodology
2. Assist in daily MDI
3. Assist in productivity project on variation hours related like time studies by video and operational process steps on micro level.
4. Assist in digitalize projects on shopfloor
5. Assist in turnback collections and analysis
6. Assist in fixture and model drawing by Unigraphics NX application.
7. Assist in kitting box creation
8. Assist in audit preparations
9. Undertake any other ad hoc duties/projects assigned
10. Able to undertake stakeholder management/communications
11. Timely completion of ITC and Ethics online training (GLP)
12. Assist in PIP and LLW activities,
PIP (Productivity Improvement Project): To involve on new short term project and support the project time savings on their project by monthly.
(LLW: Its Lean Leadership Week (a week project, as we need the current state and future state (after improvement) to calculate the productivity savings. So need to take time study for current state and future state with detailed activities of a cycle to fabricate the part.
sCORE-it Challenge: The event has once per year as using CORE tools to show the process & productivity improvement on individual operation. Need support on presentation slides.
