Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Acquisition Support
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets through market research and analysis
Support due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational assessments
Assist in preparing business cases, valuation models, and acquisition proposals
Collaborate with senior management in negotiations and deal structuring
Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and acquisition prospects
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to ensure seamless deal execution
Provide ongoing support during post-acquisition integration
Market Research & Strategy
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Provide insights and reports to guide strategic decision-making
Contribute to long-term growth initiatives and expansion planning
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
Strong interest in corporate finance, acquisitions, and business strategy
