You will be part of the team that is active in all major Commodities globally, and develop financial solutions to help clients manage risk, increase returns and solve complex financial problems. You\'ll be working in a dynamic environment, helping to solve a range of challenging and interesting business issues. In an ever-changing global market you\'ll spend your time exploring the sophisticated financial solutions we deliver across Commodities to a wide set of clients. Job Responsibilities:

• Work with senior sales team members to assist in covering clients.
• Publish daily market commentary and color.
• Trade ideation and execution
• Price different structures, communicate actively with clients on chats and phone.
• Work with trading teams in providing solutions for clients.
• A strong interest in Commodities and global financial markets is essential, as are analytical and quantitative skills, flexibility, teamwork, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure and enjoy a collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant sales or trading role
• General understanding of Commodities markets, and previous relevant experience in oil and/or gas commodities
• Confidence and initiative to take on responsibility and manage your own projects.
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical and communication skills; Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
• Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency
• As this role will involve significant interaction with Chinese clients, fluent written and spoken Mandarin is required.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• General understanding of Commodities markets, and previous relevant experience in oil, gas or metal commodities is preferred.
