Cash Management is part of the Corporate Bank, the cash Management product team support 14 countries in the APAC region, providing cash management products including payments, FX & Liquidity to Corporate and FinTech Clients. Your key responsibilities:

Is able understand the market trends and analyze and assess market needs and customer segments, competitor activity, specific product cost structures and value creation opportunities in these markets, to define a clear product strategy.

Drives the planning, design, and delivery of market leading & innovative product capabilities for the Cash Management APAC business, specifically in the domain of workflow solutions involving integrating with ERP / TMS systems to enable scaling of the banks product offerings to clients and provision of operational efficiency and automation to clients

Is an expert in cash management with a clear understanding of all the steps in the client's lifecycle from origination to settlement, followed by backend operational processes & reconciliations.

Is technologically savvy and has very good working knowledge of emerging technologies such as APIs, RPA, AI and micro-services architecture, and uses this expertise to actively drive the design and delivery of the cash management products for the APAC region.

Can track emerging Fintech activity across cash management and across the APAC markets and is able to identify and assess potential collaboration opportunities with Fintech partners to build compelling value propositions to our corporate clients.

Works closely with frontline business teams to identify customer use-cases, assesses business opportunity and return on investment (ROI) across the cash management suite of products.

Gathers and prioritizes product and customer requirements, defines the product vision, and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Provide support in areas such as product & sales training, product rollout, regulatory and external market knowledge, customer support, marketing collateral input etc.

Can articulate the business case as to how value can be created, specific price points and analysis of market sizing / potential.

Is responsible for product commercialization, and executes joint business plans by collaborating with influencers to drive adoption and value creation Works closely with Implementation and Operations teams to develop requisite KOPs and SOPs for implementing the products for target customers

Ensures the product supports overall the organizational strategy, goals, and risk thresholds, and is legally and regulatory compliant.

Establishes a product governance model and defines scope of the product, regularly reviews product to resolve issues during the product's lifecycle.

Owns the ongoing enhancements through the product's lifecycle Leads execution of the innovation process and drives innovation ROI

Your skills and experience:

6 - 8 years of relevant experience as a product manager in the cash management space. Prior exposure to payment systems is a must.

Minimum 3 years, experience with ERP / TMS systems in the market and how to integrate these with the banks products is a must.

Minimum 2 years of functional expertise in the areas of payments lifecycle management, as well as API, RPA, AI and micro-service-based architecture for design of payment platforms and in developing solutions for clients.

Prior experience of having worked with leading payment solutions / providers.

Exposure to the entire product management lifecycle, starting from market needs analysis to conceptualization and leading up into delivery & commercialization.

Expertise in translating business, regulatory and operational requirements into product-specific requirements.

Detail-oriented and comfortable working in an agile delivery environment

Experience working across multi-function, multi-cultural and/or global business teams.

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances demand. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
