:Details of the Division and Team:This is an exciting opportunity to join the Regional Corporate Cash Management Sales team, covering the Cash Management requirements of Global & Asia HQ MNCs of large corporations with key regional/global decision makers and influencers. Across the 14 markets we cover in Asia Pacific, we deliver cutting-edge advisory and best-in-class solutions to the most sophisticated and demanding requirements of these clients, as well as industry specific businesses.We are currently recruiting for in Singapore who will be primarily responsible for Regional Sales in originating fresh opportunities and growing the portfolio. That\xe2\x80\x99s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:New sales wins, revenue growth and retention in a predefined portfolio as a Corporate Cash Management Product Sales Specialist across all Deutsche Bank\xe2\x80\x99s markets in the APAC region.Engage key decision makers of the largest and most demanding clients advancing the relationships from 1) access 2) dialogue 3) material relationship 4) pipeline 5) mandate, to 6) strategic advisorWork closely with other regions and cross-divisional teams across the bank to deliver cutting edge, value added solutions to our clientsPro-active approach to sales, lead client engagement and pitches / presentationsRespond to RFPs (request for proposal) as the global, regional, or local lead.Identify and implement revenue opportunities for names assigned via cross-sell opportunities with divisional partners through ongoing discussions with clientsIndependently work through end-to-end preparation and coordination of regional / multi-country responses for RFP proposals and presentations, as well as the entire sales process, including following up with client requirements, scoping, solution structuring and supporting mandate execution with Implementation & Service teams.Work with the Corporate Cash Management and other Business Heads to roll-out initiatives, launch & follow through campaigns, commercialize solutions; locally, regionally, or globally.Travel in the region is expected to be between 25%-50% from time to time.Completion of ad-hoc projects related to clients and accounts.Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
