:Details of the Division and Team:Deutsche Bank\'s Corporate Bank Payment Initiation Product team drives the strategy around how the bank receives payment instructions from clients and provides transparency around the payment status till receipt by beneficiaries. Support client requests for format acceptance and work with the end to end payments team to ensure we are operational ready.Work with control functions to ensure that the product is compliant.Using a data driven approach, understand client behaviours and identify a solution to influence clients to adopt our latest digital payment solutions.Orchestrate the agile ceremonies together with Scrum Master to build an agile development and delivery environment.Act as a point of contact for stakeholders to provide updates on product roadmap and collect client flagged product gaps.Understand market trends and customer needs and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.Your skills and experience:10 years of experience in payments, of which, at least 5 years in product managementExperience required in analysis of multi-country payment requirements and regulatory frameworksDeep understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies with proven experience as Product Owner in managing complex product backlogs in global squads.Ability to articulate business value and trade offs of activities undertakenAbility to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrentlyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
