Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, a full-licensed bank with several business operations in Singapore, is seeking suitable candidates for IT Solution Development team in Information Systems Asia Pacific (ISAP), an IT Centre for both IT Production and Application development. We have 100+ years of history in Singapore.Corporate Banking IT DepartmentThe Corporate Banking IT (CBI) team oversees the supporting operations across various Banking functions within Credit Agricole CIB, namely Structured Finance, International Trade & Transaction Banking, Debt Optimisation & Distribution and Client Coverage & International Network.CBI is responsible for the development of applications and delivery of IT solutions to meet clients' needs both locally and across borders. Playing a vital role in building relationships with clients through its digital offerings, the Credit Agricole CIB's CBI team is connected by intertwining cultures of diverse backgrounds, boasting a team of Finance and Tech change-makers - consisting of tech leads, project managers, finance analysts, business analysts, developers and software engineers from all walks of life.Summary of the position: As a Project Manager for Trade Finance projects, the candidate has to ensure that all the projects, activities and tasks under the project responsibility are performed cost-effectively, on schedule, with quality GIT expectation and aligned with Business expectations in conformance to the bank's policies and standards and within agreed levels of quality.TFI team is responsible for the development and maintenance of Trade applications like TI+ and GTP (Finastra product) and in house application like WWIL (ETL). In addition, the team is also responsible for execution of other regulatory and strategic projects like Trade Post, Trade Finance US, Blochain program.As part of transversal responsibilities, the staff will also ensure in conjugation with TFI section head that best development practices are followed across his/her team in areas of Agile, DevOps, design, dev tooling, code quality, monitoring, frameworks etc.The profile is directly reporting to the head of Back Office IT (BOI) Team head.Main responsibilities: . Manage project throughout the lifecycle: study, design, implementation & closing . Identify, define and manage project risks, scope, budget, planning and quality . Adhere to the project governance supporting various committee specific needs . Setup project management best practices across the PBS teamMain duties details: . Organise the team to facilitate the development of various projects and application enhancements on roadmap as agreed with business. . Supervise and oversee Project Team activities. . Ensure the implementation of best practices and tooling within BOI team. . Plan, organize and prioritize the work assigned to the team in order to meet committed deadlines and other agreed milestones. . Identify, evaluate and report risks and issues to ensure corrective and/or preventive measures are timely taken. . Ensure team's activity adherence to bank's norms and standards. . Ensure processes applied adherence to the Department operating model. . Actively participate/contribute to GIT Paris/ISAP governance for his domain. . Continuously monitor the satisfaction level of his/her customers and put efforts to maintain and improve it. . Continuously monitor the quality of the deliveries and the quality of service. . Evaluate staff member skill/knowledge and recommend training plan. . Manage the Project recruitments and motivation staffs. . Implementation of AgileSecDevOps practices. . Continuous improvement of projects and budget.Main duties details: Project Management . Accountable of all phases of the project/sub-project under responsibility including the delivery in production. . Advise the sponsors on the solution and inform them on the impact on legacy if any. . Prepare the good condition of new project: Do the cost estimation, staff recruitments, architecture orientation, project organization and get requirement from sponsor. . Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of project and their execution. . With Project Manager, organize the governance and control the efficiency. . Guarantee the level of quality in order to get the agreement of the sponsor and to maintain well the application in production. . Follow the Credit Agricole CIB Agile methodology and deliverable standard.DevOps . With help of Tech leads implement SecDevOps and software engineering standard in the project and monitor the progress afterwards. . Optimize continuously the project and the run activities. Propose Serenity best practices and return of experiences.Lean management . In collaboration with Lean and PMO teams apply the lean management practices (White Board, PSS, Development session, Coaching/feedback session, SOP).Permanent control . With collaboration of CIO/Permanent Control follow-up the ISAP-CBI controls 1.x and 2.x. . Report to HOS and provide alerts when needed.RUN management . Organize the conditions in order to maintain the applications post production and respect the SLA.Secondary duties: . Participate to the Project Management improvement practices in ISAP. . Any other duties assignedQualifications and profile requirements: . Minimum of 5 years of working experiences with at least 4 Years of IT experience and Banking experience. 3 Years of hands-on experience: o Strong experience of Agile (Scrum, Lean Start-Up, Safe, ...) principleso Excellent analytical skillso Excellent oral and written communicationo Strong experience on Budget management of large finance figureso Strong skillset of project management practices (PMP, Prince2 is a plus)o Innovating mindsetOther requirements .
