• Up to basic $12,000 + Bonus
• Permanent role/ 5 workdays/ Based in HQ at Paya lebar area
• Having building or industrial project experience is preferred.

Our client is a reputable MNC & Leading A1 Main contractor! Diverse in a large-scale and iconic buildings and high-tech facility projects local and overseas.

:

• Reporting to HOD
• Liaising with Japan HQ for support of Smart BIM Standard (SBS) and Next-Gen Production Drawing Standard to be implemented in the group companies.
• Developing and managing corporate standards and workflows for BIM design process
• Responsible for spearheading the BIM establishment and implementation for various design and construction large-scale building projects.
• Monitoring model and drawing quality of ongoing projects
• Exploring new digital solutions/initiating Proof-of-Concept in projects, and write-up reports.
• Providing BIM training and support to Singapore HQ and overseas offices.
• Assisting the group companies with project tender proposals.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and BIM teams to provide project/R&D support.
• Developing and managing BIM execution plan (BEP) guidelines that outline the BIM-assisted design process.
• Managing the storage and organization of BIM Data and conducting cross-project analysis.
• Provide training and support to the BIM modeling team and other staff members as required.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Good understanding of ISO19650, for managing information over the whole life cycle of a built asset, using building information modeling (BIM).
