Main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering trust.
Present our vessel repair services, including new capabilities, technologies, and service improvements during client visits.
Understand client needs and propose solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Serve as the liaison between the company and clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and feedback.
Organize meetings with clients and stakeholders to explore opportunities for additional services, such as maintenance contracts or upgrades.
Build strong relationships to support future business growth.
Develop strategies and content tailored to client needs, showcasing the company's services and expertise.
Create materials for press releases, case studies, and other communications.
Manage the company's social media accounts by sharing updates on successful projects, innovations, and company news.
Highlight client successes and company milestones to enhance our online presence.
Assist with ad hoc tasks when required.
Job Requirement:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of vessel repair services, maritime operations, or a related technical field is a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently to client sites as needed.
