Job Description


  • Support the Head of Investor Relations to execute the Group\xe2\x80\x99s investor relations activities, working as part of the Corp Comms team on comms activity synergy/alignment and message delivery.
  • Liaise with the global investment community, including institutional investors, analysts, retail shareholders, Sustainability analysts/agencies and proxy advisers.
  • Implement investor outreach and cultivation activities within bound of specified guidelines and market disclosure policy.
  • Organise and execute investor meetings, conferences, road shows, and facility visits.
  • Organise quarterly financial briefing/market updates and announcements, including working with business leaders/partners to update the quarterly Q&A documents, perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including consensus reports, quarterly financial metrics etc.
  • Execute the collection, analysis, and presentation of feedback to the management team of investors\xe2\x80\x99 perceptions and opinions, brokerage security analysts\xe2\x80\x99 positions and summaries, and relative stock price movements.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of valuation drivers for the Group, and peers to enable the IR team to provide analyses and insight to the management team.
  • Coordinate the planning, drafting and editing, design and printing of annual reports, as well as manage the investor relations section of the corporate website and other investor relations materials such as investor presentation and investor factsheet.
  • Work closely with company secretary on AGM matters, including preparation of presentation materials.
  • Work with a third-party agency on share register updates (at least twice yearly) and maintain an updated shareholder register and analysis.
  • Monitor compliance with all applicable regulatory disclosure requirements (e.g. Principle 12 of Singapore Code of Corporate Governance 2018 and Sustainability/ESG) and implement best practices for IR.
  • Research and maintain a working knowledge base of prospective investor interests, investor relations issues, regulatory disclosures, corporate governance issues, as well as an updated database of fund managers, analysts, proxy advisers and Sustainability/ESG-related contacts.
  • Other Corp Comms duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • University degree with at least 6-8 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications with at least 2 years of experience working with/in Investor Relations. Experience in a PR agency is an advantage
  • Strong financial literacy, numeric and analytical capability with deep knowledge of financial statements and ability to communicate with research analysts.
  • Knowledge/experience of stock valuation methodologies, and a sound understanding of the financial capital markets.
  • You will be expected to stay close to the industry, be aware of changes and peer performance and provide feedback internally of the market\'s perception of the Group.
  • Have a passion for innovation and progress, commitment to increase value. Have the confidence and influence to deal decisively and persuasively with people at all levels. Self-reliance, problem-solving skills, a strong ability to juggle a variety of projects, and a drive for results.
  • A team player, drives collaboration, with the ability to resolve issues and handle responsibilities with perception.
  • Understanding of digital media (paid and organic) and experience in website management is an advantage.
