Corporate Communications Manager \xe2\x80\x93 70% Internal Communications + 30% External
Communications
With the continued growth of our business, the Corporate Communications team is hiring a Corporate Communications Manager to drive mainly internal communications and employee engagement (70%) and external communications (30%) for the region. Based in Singapore, the Asia Pacific regional headquarters, the individual will lead all internal communications and employee engagement programs for the region, partnering with various functions and local Corporate Communications team (currently in China and Japan) to educate employees on company culture, values, benefits and rewards. The person will also drive and support some of the executive communications and external communications initiatives for the region. We are looking for someone who loves coming up with new ideas and tells great stories about the company to our employees as well as external stakeholders. As part of the Global Corporate Communications team, you will also be supporting other Corporate Communications initiatives as needed/appropriate and help run various programs in the region.


In this role, you will\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Support Align\xe2\x80\x99s Global corporate communications strategy and plan with a specific focus on Asia Pacific and internal communications
  • Develop and lead employee engagement plan for Asia Pacific - Identify, track, and analyze
    metrics of employee engagement efforts and assess effectiveness
  • Support in-market employee engagement activities (focus on China and Japan)
  • Play a key role in driving APAC MD\xe2\x80\x99s executive communications, especially across social
    channels
  • Develop and create content for newsletters and town hall, including various assets such as written materials, videos, slides, etc.
  • Coordinate production of creative, digital and video materials
  • Develop and maintain editorial and award calendars
  • Manage and execute communications on relevant digital channels/online platforms with timely content
  • Coordinate other projects as assigned
  • Administrative support, schedule and coordinate meetings, organize events as required
  • Extend and optimize APAC corporate comms processes and procedures



In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need \xe2\x80\xa6
  • 8-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 PR/Comms experience including at least 5-6 years of experience in internal
    communications/employee engagement
  • BA degree focused on communications, journalism, public relations, English, or related
    discipline
  • Outstanding English copywriting skills, excellent writing style as well as strong editing and
    proofreading skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, comfortable in designing PowerPoint slides
  • Visual communications skills including Photoshop and video editing skills are preferred
  • Familiarity with the latest communication trends and best practices and have a progressive and modern PR mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in a MNC corporate setting, comfortable working with
    stakeholders across different functions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, able to manage multi-tasks and meet
    deadlines
  • Team player with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment
  • Preserves confidentiality when dealing with proprietary information
