You will be involved in all areas related to corporate communications for both internal and external communications, including but not limited to media relations and stakeholder outreach. We seek to nurture talents in creating and developing innovative solutions.

• Execute internal and external communications and manage relations to maintain and increase brand awareness, and effectively communicate the mission.
• Draft CEO/Chairman speech and press release for events and the media.
• Create and develop contents for corporate outreach channels for both online and offline platforms including but not limiting to e-newsletter, social media, website, and feature profiles.
• Assist in handling internal and external stakeholder queries and proofreading on social channels, publicity materials etc. such as annual report and posters.
• Support in events and activities needs; and crisis management communications.
• Regularly updating corporate info in all marketing assets that includes corporate deck, boiler plate, factsheet, corporate video and corporate profile write up on all digital platforms such as website, social channels, online platforms etc.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor/management.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent writing skill to craft Press Release, CEO message, internal and external comms.
• Excellent organisational abilities (meticulous with an eye for detail) and good interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful, fast learner.
• Good knowledge of relevant IT, design tools and social media applications to manage website content and social channels.
• From time-to-time may be required to work during off working hours to support events and activities.
