Job Description

Job Scope:

• Responsible to chauffeur staff or visitors for official trips.
• Despatch or collect documents/items as assigned by the client.
• Sending vehicle for maintenance and repair.
• Top up petrol and cashcard or charge battery (for electric vehicle) when depleted and maintain details on re-fuelling or re-charging of the Vehicles in the client's assigned log book.
• Maintain details of the movement, mileage, usage of the cashcard transactions of the vehicles in the client's assigned log book or using electronic device
• There may be occasions where the driver is required to work before or beyond normal working hours and on weekends and they will be paid overtime (OT) according to the extra hours worked.
• Cash card top-up (provided by client) -- The driver shall tally the transactions in the balance statements of the cash card against the approved assignments for the Vehicle.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driver Licence with clean driving records and no records on suspension and revocation of driving licence.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as personal drivers, preferably with statutory board, foreign embassy or as limousine and private-hire car drivers and have experience in operating Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV).
• Ability to record and maintain daily duty and transportation records.
• Pleasant personality, responsive, proactive, alert, customer-oriented and have good time management skills.
• Have good knowledge on the travel routes in Singapore. Know how to use way-finding technology such as Google maps and Waze. Adept in handling changes and emergencies.
• Comfortable working OT / weekends when required.
