As a Compliance Analytics expert, you\'ll collaborate with Regional Compliance Leads and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver a robust compliance analytics framework on a global scale.Where you come inCompliance Analytics Program

  • Engage Regional Compliance Leads: Collaborate with Regional Compliance Leads to define the scope and frequency of Compliance Analytics initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources, including ERP systems and contract management systems.
  • Data Requirements: Work with IT, Finance, and Legal Operations teams to identify data requirements and obtain necessary datasets.
  • Dashboard Design: Partner with vendor consultants to design and implement analytics dashboards in the IT system.
  • Insight Generation: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques, such as Tableau, to derive meaningful insights from data.
  • Algorithm Development: Develop algorithms and solutions to detect, respond to, prevent, and continually monitor areas of fraud, bribery & corruption.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Deliver analytics dashboards to Regional Compliance Leads for regular compliance monitoring.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports outlining the outcomes of compliance monitoring reviews and identified remediation actions.
  • Progress Tracking: Track the progress and completion of remediation actions and Key Performance Indicators.
What makes you successful
  • Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in data analytics, accounting, or information technology.
  • Experience: Possess 2 to 3 years\' experience in a forensics data role for a multinational organization or a big 4 consultancy firm.
  • Industry Familiarity: Ideally, have experience in data forensics within the life sciences industry.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SQL.
  • Project Management: Strong project management experience to effectively coordinate and execute Compliance Analytics initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex analytical concepts to stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a global team.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and understanding of algorithms.
  • Self-Directed: Must be self-directed, proactive, motivated, and a fast learner, capable of working independently.
