DESIGNATION : [AtoZ Consulting] Corporate Consultant (Korean Speaking)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform ACRA filing : Change of officer, Share transfer, Allotment, Annual Return etc.
- Assist in preparation of resolution, minutes of meetings and other secretarial documents
- Opening corporate account
- Proceeding with bank-related changes
- Responding to various bank-related inquiries
- Preparation of monthly payroll including CPF/SDL/SHG Contribution etc.
- Notarization
- Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to manage your time as you are required to handle multiple tasks
- Fluent Korean Speaking/Reading/Writing is preferred to communicate with native Korean clients
- Team player with good attitude
