Your new role
- Develop a funnel of potential new business, private equity investment and M&A opportunities.
- Perform industry and company research analysis.
- Research on buy out deal or investment case such as Valuation, peer group analysis and etc.
- Prepare transaction review for senior management.
- Work together with internal stake holders in due diligence, financial analysis and etc.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business Management.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Korean speaker preferred to communicate with Korean stakeholders.
- Frequent overseas travelling is required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
