Join us and reach your higher purpose at Cargill.Job Purpose and ImpactWe are seeking a Corporate Development Associate who will support the Director in leading all mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint venture transactions (\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x9cMADJV\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x9d) in the APAC region. You will be involved in all processes including but not limited to project management, co-ordination of due diligence, building financial models, reviewing transaction documents as well as co-ordination of internal and external project teams.Key Accountabilities\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 With guidance from your Director, independently drive MADJV projects from end to end at daily basis.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Think and plan overall timeline, set up internal or external milestone meetings as well as regular calls. Updating and tracking project timeline, scheduling, recording and following-up on project meetings, and coordinating with internal and external parties.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Prepare transaction related materials such as internal and external presentations, financial models, project management materials.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Independently handle complex issues with reasonable supervision, while escalating the complex issues to appropriate staff.QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Bachelor\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s degree. 3-5 years of related work experience in an investment bank, private equity or 5-7 years from big four M&A advisory team;
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Solid investment bank technical skills, including but not limited to project management, modelling capabilities, understanding of finance and accounting and structure of transaction related legal documents;
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Extraverted and proactive, excellent communication skills. Calm personality, logical over emotion;
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Able to handle pressures, work over-time if necessary and multi-tasking.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Closed M&A credential which candidate played a key role to it are good reference of experience;
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 No industry preference;
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 CPA or CFA is a plus but not necessary.Our Offer
