Responsibilities\xef\xbb\xbf
- Responsible for coordination, liaison with new market ventures partners / stakeholders
- Conduct and provide market insight, market analysis and market penetration methods to management
- To participate in and assist with financial modelling of new business and provide recommendation at new business viability
- Support Commercial department with existing business management
- Assist in Corporate department with M&A due diligence and subsequent corporate actions
- Assist in corporate finance affairs when necessary
- Assist in managing banking relationships
- Responsible for cash management
- Assist in budgeting and forecast
- Assist in risk management
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned \xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements
- Bachelor of Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 4 - 6 years of corporate finance/ M&A working experience
