Job Description

$15K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

• Utilizes best practice engineering methods and provides expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives. Incorporates components, materials, and tools that result in cost-effective and quality output. Manages overall engineering budget and costs.
• Project Feasibility & ROI Analysis
• Design Development Engineering Analysis
• Ensure that all hotels operate in an economical, legal and safe manner.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental issues are prioritised and facilitate, direct and drive implementation of Lean Business strategy and drive Continuous Improvement across all engineering related areas of the business.
• Coordinate with other departments with all work necessary to maintain general conditions, safety and health standards set forth by hotel policy and legal requirements.
• Work with Engineering colleagues in operation and control of utilities to provide efficient operation of hotel services and comfort to guests.
• Provide engineering direction, ensure adherence to brand standards, and oversee/assist external engineering consultant teams from initial space planning and concept development through all phases of design.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Computer Skills, particularly in the use of Property Management & Energy Management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
