Industry: Aerospace / Aviation / Finance Industry Location: Central area\xe2\x80\x8b Schedule: 5-day work week (Hybrid arrangement) Skills: Equity Capital Market, Fund Raising, Treasury Management This position will focus on fund-raising activities and treasury related functions, handling a large-scale client with global presence and relationship reach. Responsibilities:
- This role has 3 primary scope: Equity Capital Market, Fund-Raising, Treasury Management.
- Will take on a lead role in engaging with various stakeholders both internal and external teams and will develop a finance portfolio to improve the corporate business platform.
- Develop a financial structure to attract investors and increase the value of the business while also being able to allocate financial resources while remining profitable.
- Must be a Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 Degree holder in Banking, Finance and/or Economics.
- Preferably with 5-years working experience in Fund Management, Financial Advisory Firm, Corporate Finance, REIT environment.
- Good background in structured finance, investment management, loan and ISDA documentation.
- Strong with mathematical equations, quantitative and analytical financial modelling skills.
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
