The Human Resources Executive/HRBP will support strategic, commercial, and operational Human Resources advice to support the business in making effective workforce decisions. This position will partner with relevant stakeholders and use people analytics to coach, guide and advise on organizational design, talent management, learning and development, reward, and risk management. As the organization is a lean team, the Corporate Human Resources Executive must be willing to be hands-on at the operational level such as writing JDs, conducting screening interviews, and handling staff queries around benefits.
