Job Description
Technic Inter-Asia Pte Ltd, a professional corporate recovery and insolvency organization founded in 1992, comprises of competent and experienced professionals with considerable experience.
- Execution of day-to-day issues on restructuring and insolvency projects
- Liaison with stakeholders, creditors and other advisors
- Attending to statutory and compliance matters
- Preparation of draft correspondence, reports and presentations
- Reconstruction of (complex) accounting records from incomplete information
- Undertaking investigative work for the benefit of recovering assets for the insolvent estate
- Involvement in client meetings
- Undertaking company analysis, including financial modelling if required
- Other ad-hoc duties
