Review, negotiate, and drafts various contracts, employment and HR related documents, lease agreements and licensing agreements
Provide guidance to ensure that the company\'s interests are protected and that the contracts and agreements comply with relevant laws and regulations
Support the group\'s GC and external counsel to oversee legal compliance and corporate secretariat matters in the organization
Monitor changes in laws and provide legal training to product and operating organizations
Assist the GC in managing legal risks and resolving disputes
Organize, maintain and safe keep legal documents in a paper or electronic filing system
Establish standard legal documents to ensure consistency
Support GC and local teams in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate activities
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in law/ business or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
