Job Description

A premier international law firm is seeking a talented Associate to join its dynamic M&A and Corporate practice in Singapore. The successful candidate will work alongside highly regarded partners and senior lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions for leading corporates, private equity sponsors, pension and infrastructure investors, and sovereign-backed entities.
Applicants should be admitted in England & Wales, Australia, or New Zealand with 3-5 years' PQE (UK scale) gained at a top-tier law firm. A strong record advising on sophisticated cross-border transactions is essential, alongside excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills. Singapore bar admission would be advantageous but is not required. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a proactive, commercial approach, strong networking ability, and confidence in managing client relationships.
Key aspects of the role include:

• Advising on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity and corporate reorganisations.
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documentation to market-leading standards.
• Providing commercially focused legal advice to a diverse international client base.
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to practice know-how.
• Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development.
