Job Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate to help strengthening our clients’ profile in the ASEAN region. You should have a strong understanding of public relations and marketing communications, with existing networks of media contacts. Previous experience with luxury a big plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop corporate communications strategies for our premium clients in the region inclusive of goals, budget, tactics and KPIs.
• Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
• Pitch stories and ideas to media outlets on behalf of the client.
• Arrange publicity opportunities such as speaking engagements, appearances and interviews.
• Draft talking points for the client and help them prepare for press visits, conferences and interviews.
• Create timely and engaging content that promotes the company and is optimized for platform specific use.

• A minimum of 5+ years of corporate and public communications experience, or as a publicist to high profile individuals.
• Strong relationships with both national and regional business and industry media outlets.
• Master's degree in journalism or public relations preferred.
• Impeccable interpersonal and social skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
