Job Description

• Develop and maintain databases, data systems - reorganising data in a readable format
• Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
• Filter data to construct reports/dashboards using data visualisation tools, displaying key performance indicators for reporting or campaign optimisation purposes
• Use data analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for diagnosis and prediction
• Assist in pulling out database selections for mailer lodgements, EDM etc
• Prepare various reports including donation reports
• Carry out regular cleaning and update of data
• Provide data entry, research and administrative support to the team, including mail opening and management of returned mailers
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2-3 years of data analytics experience
• Proficiency in Excel Macros and data visualisation tools like PowerBI and/or similar software
• Experience in using CRM systems
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with an inquisitive mindset
• Good interpersonal skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good administrative skills and meticulous attention to details
• Good team player with positive attitude, as well as able to work independently
