Develop and maintain databases, data systems - reorganising data in a readable format
Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
Filter data to construct reports/dashboards using data visualisation tools, displaying key performance indicators for reporting or campaign optimisation purposes
Use data analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for diagnosis and prediction
Assist in pulling out database selections for mailer lodgements, EDM etc
Prepare various reports including donation reports
Carry out regular cleaning and update of data
Provide data entry, research and administrative support to the team, including mail opening and management of returned mailers
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in any discipline
At least 2-3 years of data analytics experience
Proficiency in Excel Macros and data visualisation tools like PowerBI and/or similar software
Experience in using CRM systems
Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with an inquisitive mindset
Good interpersonal skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good administrative skills and meticulous attention to details
Good team player with positive attitude, as well as able to work independently
