A rare and sterling opportunity to join a well-regarded Corporate team with a prestigious global law firm has arisen in Singapore.

You will act on the management side on a broad spectrum of corporate related matters and major corporate transactions covering Singapore and South East Asia. Unrivalled opportunity to represent high quality clients including private equity firms, multinational corporations and private companies across Asia Pacific regions will also be presented if this is of interest to you.

Ideally your experience should include:

- Qualified lawyer practicing in Singapore
- Already be at Partner level or at Counsel level with extensive experience within the sector
- Extensive experience in corporate work gained within top tier global law firms in Singapore or South East Asia regions
- Ability to demonstrate strong business acumen and excel technically
- Strong leadership with ability to build positive relationship with all stakeholders
